1. First-come-first-serve

you are guaranteed to hold this spot for as long as the term of
purchase stated in your contract. You will be allowed a 5 day grace
period at the end of your term in order to renew your contract.
On the 6th day after the expiration or your Ad term, your spot will
be open to the public for purchase. We will send you an email 7
days prior to the expiration of your Ad Term. These conditions pertain
to each of the 5 available Right Column spots

2. You may replace your 20
words with your small banner. Banner size is not to exceed a width
of 160 pixels and height of 120 pixels. Your banner can also be
used as a link to your website or your Mini

4. Your spot will be listed
in the pages pertaining to your state ON ALL 4 OF OUR WEB SITES.
For example, if your business is located in Washington state,
your Ad spot will only be listed in all of the Washington state
index pages on all 4 of our web sites. If your company provides
services in several states, you will have to purchase advertisement
for each state involved (one state per account, and you can
purchase several accounts if needed).

5. Right Column Ads only pertain
to State Related Pages. Right Column Ads do not include placement

be offensive to the public nor to the other advertisers. We retain
the right to reject your request to purchase advertising on our
